Zombies are one of the most popular and iconic horror creatures to ever hit the video game scene. VR zombie games bring these fearful critters right up in your face, adding a new level of intensity to your gaming experience.
We’ve put together a list of our favorite VR zombie games that will give you a truly immersive zombie vr games apocalypse experience. Whether you’re looking to get in on the action with friends or want to test your zombie-slaying skills alone, there’s a vr zombie game for everyone!
Walking Dead Saints & Sinners
Taking place in New Orleans, which has been ravaged by floods, Saints & Sinners puts you in the shoes of a lone survivor. You must travel through the flooded city and scavenge for supplies in order to survive.
Unlike most Vr zombie games, Saints & Sinners makes full use of its VR capabilities and creates an immersive world that will give you plenty of things to do. The game also incorporates several survival horror tropes, which will make you think twice about a typical first-person shooter approach.
The game’s combat feels really great – from sticking a shiv in a walker’s skull to shooting guns, it all feels weighty and well done. Even the melee kills feel like they are actually a bit difficult.
The inventory system in Saints & Sinners is a little clumsy, but it’s perfectly acceptable and doesn’t feel “video gamey.” There are three different locations to store your weapons, one on each hip (left and right), and another over your shoulder.

Drop Dead
Drop Dead is an arcade zombie shooter that’s a lot of fun. It has a decent amount of levels, supports multiplayer and co-op play, and is compatible with most VR headsets.
There are a few issues with the game though, such as the lack of dual guns and the fact that the game is a bit repetitive. However, it does not take long to get used to the controls and it is easy to pick up and start playing.
The main thing that makes it so fun is the variety of enemies and weapons you can use. You can use a shotgun and pistol to shoot at zombies, as well as melee weapons.
The game is also well designed and uses Oculus Touch controllers, so it’s a very easy game to play. It’s very responsive and it makes everything from holstering your gun to firing headshots feel natural, so it’s a very comfortable experience.
Arizona Sunshine
Arizona Sunshine is an immersive VR FPS that takes you deep into a post-apocalyptic Arizona. You play as a backpacking hobo who discovers a radio that seems to indicate there are people still alive in the area.
You’ll need to scavenge for supplies, loot zombies and manage your ammo and consumables. You’ll need to explore a southwestern American landscape of desert canyons and dark mines that are home to hordes of dead.
Despite the game’s technical limitations, Arizona Sunshine is one of the most engaging Vr zombie games we’ve ever played. The main campaign is an immersive adventure that combines well-crafted zombie butchering, ammo looting and task completion with the occasional hint at human contact via a radio.
Zombie Hobby VR
Best vr Zombie game Hobby is a single player shooter that offers an immersive zombie-filled world to explore. Its premise is that you’re the last of the living and must fight your way through a horde of zombies to save your town from the undead scourge.
The game is a must-have for anyone looking to experience the latest and greatest in virtual reality. It’s packed with high-end visuals and a number of fun gameplay elements. Among them is a special Hardcore Night mode that tests your VR skills against the hordes of the dead.
Zombie Hobby VR is a definite winner in the VR shooting game arena. It boasts the most impressive visuals and a few nifty little tricks of the trade to make it one of the best Vr zombie games out there. The best part is that it’s not too expensive to get your hands on. The graphics may be a bit too bright, but they’re worth the price.
